The club is dedicated to the shooting sport of Silueta (silhouette) shooting and competitions as originally introduced in Mexico and later imported to the USA and now is shot all over the world. The competition is designed for all shooters and all experience levels. Each shooter competes only against other shooters classified in the same class. The expertise of each shooter is evidenced by their classification book which is updated each time they shoot.

Competitions include pistols, rifles and black powder. It is shot with 22 rimfire and center fire calibers in both pistols and rifles.

            

50 BMG IS BANNED FROM SHOOTING AT OUR RANGE!!

Recent activity at the range by some individuals shooting a 50 BMG has been noted. Please stop them and get the names of the individuals and forward to the webmaster or the club president. If they do not comply, please call the Comal County Sheriff's office for assistance.

This caliber completely destroys the berms and will have to be fixed. PLEASE HELP US TO MONITOR THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY.
